Each class has a unique focus, but all are built around the same foundation: expert coaching, purposeful training, and a supportive community.

Find Your Fit

Train. 

The Foundation of our program. Train combines strength work with classic functional fitness workouts to help you build strength, increase conditioning, and move with confidence. Every class is scalable, challenging, and designed to meet you where you are. 


Endure. 

A longer conditioning - based class focused on stamina, pacing, and mental toughness using body weight movements, kettlebells, dumbbells, and wall balls.

 

Perform. 

A class featuring heavier weights, higher skill movements, and challenging workouts designed to build strength and elevate performance This class will push you beyond your comfort zone in a supportive environment.  

 

Rise.

Stay strong and move well, and maintain independence. This class is designed for adults 65+ and focuses on balance, strength, and conditioning through guided workouts tailored to improve daily function and overall well-being. 

 

Lift. 

Build confidence under the bar while learning and refining the Olympic lifts. Through expert coaching and focused technique work, you’ll improve movement quality, strength, and efficiency in the snatch and clean & jerk. 

 

Unite. 

Fitness is better together. Unite combines longer workouts and partner-based training designed to build conditioning, accountability, and connection. Work alongside a teammate, push each other through the challenge, and celebrate the effort together.
